Hello, I am as much in love with the wonders of the natural world at 58 years old as I was as a small girl. Time to stop and stare is still so important to me, and still occupies much of my thinking time, and I like to use a range of mediums, from oils to watercolour, and also like to work with textiles, including sewing and knitting, it's the fascination and enjoyment of making that never ceases to engage and enthral me. . After some recent experimentation with some old landscape photos, and some watercolour, I was fortunate to find wovenmonkey.com. I nearly fell over myself in the rush to get playing and see what happened! I can't wait to explore this further.
