Stochastic Spot Peach Wedgewood

Stochastic: "Having a random probability distribution or pattern that may be analysed statistically but may not be predicted precisely." Randomness was my inspiration for this collection. I chose four different sizes of spot, cast them onto the canvas, and coloured them without a conscious plan. The soft blue of this fabric is almost a lavender, and with the lush peach it tastes to me like a spring afternoon.
