Designed for #ghostober2020 day 8, prompt 'Ghost King/Queen'. This pattern is a spooky take on a classic concept. Perfect for dressmaking and other sewing, for a subtle Halloween outfit (or just to wear whenever, if you're that kind of person). As a designer I'm passionate about making patterns that suit an alternative, gothic leaning audience without turning to the tackier side of alt pattern making. I want to create beautiful pieces that are mature, yet still subversive, and sometimes even witchy. It's with these ideas in mind that I create, and I hope you too will find something to identify with in my patterns.
