Emily King (BA Hons) Textile Design I developed a love of repeat patterns when I was a child starting with Islamic patterns in wood carvings, carrying on through to William Morris designs and later a love of all things textile, hence my degree, specialising in print in my final year. I also love painting both watercolour and acrylics on canvas. I have also recently discovered a whole new world of quilting, which I absolutely love - more so because you get to use lots of different designs in one project.
