In my travels around the globe, I encountered many beautiful local fabrics that I loved to dress the family in. Sadly we couldn't plan an exotic trip every time the kids grew out of their clothes though! The solution was to use the inspiration from these trips to create my own fabrics that I could use for the whole family or even the household.
