Teasels is my popular piece of art, this took quite a while to get right, with many prototypes, the work was inspired by the pritntmaker angie lewin, It is created with pen and ink with the gold highlights in gouche paint. I had a large teasel plant in my last garden, and whilst it i glorious when in flower what appealed to me most was the resulting seedhead. Teasels can be used for any application for wrapping paper wallpaper and soft furnishings, a blind in this fabric imagine!
