I first started dabbling in textile design by painting on silk with acid based dyes. I sold over 1,000 hand painted silk scarves with my original designs. The problem was once I sold a scarf, my design was gone forever. I learned how to digitally capture my images and with help from Photoshop and Illustrator I turned those design images into patterns. Now I'm hooked! I love creating patterns and color schemes that can be printed over and over on a variety of fabrics. My hope is to one day become a licensed textile designer. Thanks for stopping by!
