Returns
At Woven Monkey we want our customers to be happy with the fabric or product they receive. Our returns, refunds and cancellation policy below explains in detail what we can do regarding your order.
Custom Fabric & Personalised Products
Due to the bespoke nature of our service we will only consider returns where there is a fault in the base fabric, product or print. This is because it isn't possible for us to re-use or resell material or products that you have returned to us. Therefore it's important for you to check the preview you are provided with on the website to spot any issues with your artwork before going ahead with the order.
Any fault must be reported to us within 14 workings days of receipt of the item. If after inspection the fabric or product is determined to be faulty we will offer you a replacement product, fabric or a refund. We will determine what constitutes a fault with a fabric or product.
Non-Personalised Products
If you've purchase a product or fabric from our shop which is not your own design you have the right to return your order for a refund, if you notify us of the cancellation within 14 days of taking delivery of the item. You then need to return the non-personalised product to our nominated address within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
On the rare occasion the item has a manufacturing fault we will repair or replace the product free of charge. We will determine what is covered by a manufacturer fault.
Order Cancellation
We may begin printing your item almost as soon as we've recieved the order so if you need to cancel a purchase please contact us promptly as we are unable to cancel an order if we have already started production.
