I have a passion for fabric from the 1920's to the 1950's, novelty prints, barkcloth, hawaiian...I have been hoarding it for years! I wear it and I use it around my home. I have 2 Boston terriers who are also a big inspiration for my fabric designs. I also design bespoke skirts, inspired by the novelty skirts of the 40's and 50's, using felt applique and fabric paint, under the same name, Girl In A Whirl. My dream is to reproduce old fabrics using my own style, I hope you like what I do!
